He is the Broker-In-Charge for Soldiers First Real Estate and Soldiers First Property Management. He has over 15 years of real estate experience. Andy is a CE instructor with AP Seminars and a member of Longleaf Pine Realtors, Grievance Committee.
Nicole McKenna – Owner/Broker – Contact Nicole
Nicole is a West Point graduate combat veteran. She helped to build Soldiers First Real Estate from the beginning and is part owner of the company. She has been involved in multiple real estate transactions since 2013. Nicole handles contracts and accounting.
Mark Mayoras – Owner/Broker – Contact Mark
Mark is a thirty-year veteran with various military experience. The idea for this Soldiers First Real Estate and Soldiers First Property Management was derived from his real estate experiences as a soldier. Through multiple PCS moves to ten locations both international and countrywide, he found real estate opportunities that he pursued during active duty. Mark has a deep passion for real estate and for military families.

Julie is a veteran and a broker/property manager at Soldiers First.
Taylor Taptick – Broker – Contact Taylor
Taylor is a military spouse. She moved to the area with her husband who is stationed at Fort Bragg. She strives to help people fulfill their real estate needs, whether it be buying, selling, or renting.
Amy Wilkerson – Broker – Contact Amy
Amy is a dedicated Army spouse. She has a passion for service members and their families. She is a real estate investor and helped Soldiers First – Fort Benning grow in 2017 while her husband was stationed there. Amy equally enjoys Property Management and working with Buyers and Sellers.
Cassandra Polumbo – Broker – Contact Cassandra
Cassandra has been in the Fayetteville, Ft. Bragg area most of her life. She grew up as a military dependent. She understands the struggles of what military families face and works hard to meet their real estate needs.
Marlene Lopez – Administrative Assistant
Marlene moved back to the Fayetteville area when her husband was re-stationed at Ft Bragg. She loves to help people and has 12 years of experience as an admin assistant.
Darcy is a 25-year combat veteran. Minus multiple deployments and a short tour in Korea this paratrooper spent her military years assigned to Fort Bragg. A true “Bragg Baby”. She knows the post and area well. Darcy has 25 years of experience in executive level administration, protocol services, and HR. A great addition to the accounting team.
